At LDN Appliances, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent experience for all our customers. The following terms are designed to clearly explain how our delivery, returns, and shop services work, while setting fair expectations for both sides.
A Delivery
Delivery Areas
We provide appliance delivery across selected regions. Coverage may vary depending on your postcode, so availability will be confirmed during the checkout process or upon enquiry.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Delivery dates are subject to stock availability and postcode location.
- Next-day delivery may be available in certain areas, depending on stock and scheduling.
Before Delivery
To help ensure a smooth delivery, customers are responsible for:
- Checking all measurements and access points before placing an order.
- Ensuring the appliance will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, and into the intended space.
- Confirming that there is adequate room and suitable connections for installation if required.
On Delivery Day
- The customer (or a responsible representative) must be present at the delivery address.
- We can offer disconnection and removal of old appliances where agreed.
- Installation services are available but must be arranged separately in advance.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, customer absence, or incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply.
B Returns
Return Eligibility
- Customers may request a return within the specified return period.
- Items should generally be unused and in appropriate condition, unless faulty.
Return Period
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Goods
- Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging, where possible.
- If an appliance has been installed, used, or damaged after delivery, return eligibility may be limited unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend that installation and testing are carried out while the customer is present, so any issues can be identified immediately.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- Any damage or faults must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
- Faulty items will be inspected and handled in line with your consumer rights.
Return Collection & Costs
- Return collection services are chargeable.
- Costs will depend on the reason for the return and will be confirmed at the time of request.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
C Finance
We currently do not offer finance options.However, this is something we may introduce in the future as we continue to improve our services.
